Sa'Less Diner and Moozika in Davao

Fine tuning best for BARKADAS chill-out place.
Have you taken to consider the new hang-out place here in Davao?  So far there are two working restaurants and a bar store great for week end to unwind and have good time.  One is at BRICK LANE SQUARE located at Palma Gil St., and NOW the Sa'Less Diner and Moozika located at Sales St., Davao City.

A block away from the Chimes specialty store, owned by couple Moshe and Adela Papica.  It's place is simple plane diner as they open last February 2009, but re-open it to a new look as a place of night out and full of fun/gigs and music.

As Davao inclined for passion of good music, they continue to practice to open it's door to DAVAO MUSICIANS/BANDS to showcase their talents and offer their place, as a LOCAL MUSIC HAVEN.

Witness a flood of people from different walks of life enjoying the local sonata with their beer.

Drop by on a weekend and see for yourself what I really mean.

NO STOPPING Sen. SOTTO: IS GETTING FUNNY NOW

How can we give respect to a person who don't know how to respect with us as BLOGGERS LANG?

And to read this from the wall of MICHELLE ESTOR well this is another form of PLAGIARISM.  Is this act forgivable or unforgivable?

There seems to be no stopping Sotto but he can't outsmart netizens! He just took "plagiarism" to a new level or rather, language! LOL!

Thank you JB Ablaza Macatulad for sharing this post from the wall of Michelle Estor!

"There seems to be no stopping Sen. Sotto from copying other people's work. I knew that "maliliit na galaw" sounded like an awkward translation of something originally in English. So I thought of googling "ripples courage" and what do I get? The Day of Affirmation Speech. I made that table comparing the lifted portions. What. An. Ass."-Michelle Estor

This is too much Senator Sotto.  If you criticize us harshly, you can be sure we will say something about this. Better look for a good PR TEAM now.  Pity you.

GOOD NEWS From NUFFNANG for the Month of SEPTEMBER

Received today thru email and it is really a GOOD NEWS to us NUFFNANGERS!

...possibility of lowering the cash-out threshold of your earnings from Php2,000.00 to Php1,000.00 or allowing cash-outs of all earnings above Php500.00 by the end of each calendar year. We are looking at either one of the options so that you can enjoy your earnings much earlier.
Also, we are in the final stages of selecting the right bank to partner with so we can provide a Nuffnang ATM. This new option allows us to process your cash-outs much faster.

Running for Healthy Life Part 3

Running for Healthy Life Part 3

Running for Healthy Life Part 3

My last FUN RUN was 5 months ago(RUNNING FOR HEALTHY LIFE and RUNNING FOR HEALTHY LIFE PART2).

Yesterday, September 2,2012 was my third time to join FUN RUN.  It really gives me a great big KICK-OFF to join this RUN for a cause.  It is an unplanned FUN RUN because I was told a day before the said event. But nevertheless, I say YES because I've been waiting for this RUN sponsored by the Philippine Red Cross: iVOLUNTEER: RUN for HUMANITY 2012.

Me and my friend Ca Cai
For my third time I chose to run the 7k just to make it more challenging from 3k to 5k and now accelerating mode to 7k.  :)

Just a different run I guess.  A run that I am not that prepared, a run that I have only one companion joining me, and that is Cai, and a run outside my University (The first and second run that I joined with is sponsored by ATENEO now this is different because it is outside my school).

FIRST FUN RUN: Run for SENDONG
SECOND FUN RUN: iRUN

On a practical side a novice runner like me has to practice running/jogging/walking just to make sure it will do great while running after all it is just a footrace to consider.  Nothing to worry, you can run, walk or rest on your own discretion.  That is FUN RUN for me.  Having fun while participating the said event.

So to make your body prepared have a warm-up exercise to make yourself better.  And by the way before we start we do warm-up.

Lining up to start the race, in this the 12k will do the first run. Headed by the Philippine Red Cross-Davao City Chapter Chairman: Dir. ANTONIO T.UY

Followed by us, the 7k Runners.

While waiting for our time to....

READY.....

GET SET.......GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.....

Now it is a great time to set new fitness goals.  I have to run to increase my mileage and decrease race time.  My first fun run I haven't put it on record but my second and third fun run should be put in my diary to have a track on my accomplishment, dedication and commitment that I have with this run.

FIRST FUN RUN:  3K - NO RECORD(Because it is my first to run, don't have an idea that I have to record it).  :(
SECOND FUN RUN: 5k - FINISH it for 1hr
THIRD FUN RUN:  7K - FINISH it for 1hr and 15mins and 20sec
                     AVE. Speed: 1.55m/s

LOOK SO TIRED!  WATER PLEASE!!!  :)

So far (for me) it is VERY GOOD!

Running at least different race distances from 3k to 7k, well I have to establish benchmark times at common race distances.  So that I can later evaluate my run if I do improve or not.

It's FUN watching training PAY OFF.

FINISH.  I have my CERTIFICATE of PARTICIPATION Now.

MY CERTIFICATION

By the way this is my RACE BIB NUMBER

You must wear your race bib.  Put it on your front.  Do not fold it - -you could be disqualified.

and the route we follow

7k: From Roxas Ave. to Buhangin/Bajada Fly Over
